I'm the guy that was returning to station and rolled up on the house fully engulfed at 3am just north of Scottlandville. Brick home, burgular bars, and fire showing from roof and all windows. Went 10-97 w/ dispatch on the phone, one adult and 3 children trapped. We got them out, but I was screwed up (broke ankle) - ended my career right there -in a flash it was over. Only had one of them burned, the mamma and other 2 daughters uninjured. I was out for 9 mos.

I still owe my life to two BR Police officers that broke a brick wall to get me out. I send them guys a X-mas card and a bottle of Crown every year! I laugh now because I was on overtime that night at $19/hr!

I had just drove in from Fla.........Me and my girl went to a family reunion and She thought it would be fun to take the ol New Yorker...........Ugh, that 440 ate a big hole in the pocket.....filled up in Lafayette, again in Gonzalas, again at the mississippi line, etc, etc, etc..........Love that car, lost it in a flood in New Orleans........I shoulda never sold that truck too...............For some reason I cant upload motorcycle pic.........Ill get it done tho............

since february when i moved out of my house i dont believe i have had any hobbies other than drinking and very little fishing, no grilling, and just waiting for duck season, and playing with my 7 month old
