My buddy had the same prob. Brought it to a local welder and he cut the transom down a few inches runs great know

was just bout to say the same thing.

Im sure itd be way cheaper and easier to just have the transom adjusted than to try and find the parts and pay for em to fix the motor.

or if you can get a little jack plate for it then you could go that route
