I got my windows tinted downtown Baton Rouge off north street, one morning a couple years ago, I was down there about to meet the guy that was tinting my windows and I couldn't help but to notice, the hookers leaving the houses early in the morning. I could see why Baton Rouge has the highest percentage of citizens with HIV/AIDS.
