Yo Eman,
Looks like west part of Fourchon is open. I see Bay Champagne on the map as open. I would assume a GPS would give you some better accuracy. Looks as if all of Elmer's is closed. GI looks wide open. Good news for the coast!! Now need a mega clean up to get that stuff outta there.
