chicken came first>>>protien located only in the chicken, takes this protien to make the egg shell...thats what the scientist said the other day on TV, so I say oyster came first..

An oyster larvae takes calcium carbonate out of the water to make the shell.
The shell don't make the oyster.
I don't know how a chicken makes an egg.
