Cheers Trout and Redfish BASHING! 12-23-10

Another day of BASHING the fish. Great time today having Mike Simon back on-board. Mike brought his dad Ted and his son Kyle. Kyle drove in from Austin to partake in the party!! Mike wanted to learn some winter spots and all the techniques to catch them...MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! Our first stop only produced 2 trout and 1 red. Second stop had the fish coming in every-cast for about ten minutes then our bite shut down. We made a quick couple moves with no luck, so it was time to venture to unfished territory. Our third stop is where the slaughter fest began!!!! OH YEAH, REDFISH EVERYCAST!!! You could not throw a bait in the water without catching one. My crew couldn't believe how incredible the bite was. We caught a minimum of 40 reds before we just had to leave them biting. We didn't even have to move 20 yards when the trout turned on and we started slinging them in the boat one after the other!! Good as it gets as Mike's 120qt igloo could barely close with no ice in it. Over 150 fish hit the deck today as the bite was off the charts!! Saltwater Tackle Holographic minnows did all the damage as usual. NO LIVE BAIT NEEDED down in Dularge. Thanks to Mike, Ted, and Kyle for making today's trip 'AS GOOD AS IT GETS'. I'm already looking forward to our next trip. Happy holidays everyone.
Give me a call if you want to experience what Dularge has to offer. We have it all, friendly knowledgeable guides, tons of fish, and first class lodging. Big groups welcome as we have up to ten boats running.
