braid?

I've been using Power Pro for about 5 years and I haven't had any major issues from it but I was wondering if there is anything on the market that is better. Also is there any products that help keep tension on the spool while respooling reels. I've got a bunch of rods and I've been thinking of just ordering a bulk spool of line.

Berkley sells an inexpensive spooling station. It has a place for your reel and a mechanism that holds the spool and keeps tension, they sell it at Academy.

I saw that the other day but it didn't look like it would work well with spinning reels.

It will work with the spinning reels, i have one and i spool my spining reel. I just recently started using suffix braid. I find its not as stiff as the power pro

Are you using Suffix 832 or another type?

I use suffix braid too... I just use the regular but I have been curious about the new suffix

I have the new sufix 832 on two reels...hands down the best braid I have used.

I use the regular suffix braid, never tried the 832. whats the major differences?

It is a 8 strand braid versus the standard 6. It also has a strand of gortex material to keep water from absorbing into the line. I really like it alot.

I lay the refill spool in in a small bathroom trash can. Works fine.

Make sure the line cone off the BACK side the refill spool.
