Much better day today. We started with a drift on the North end of the lake, well South of the island. 2 other boats besides us and no one catching fish that I saw. We went to old faithful, Choupique Bayou, and caught and released ~15 reds. We used black/chartreuse cocahoe on 3/8 leadhead and also tried new penny gulp 3" shrimp. Both produced but the cocahoe did better and produced larger fish.
