No offshore guide looks at yellow or blue fin as trash I can tell ya that now....black fin and bonito are trash even though black fin can be good it is commonly verry oily and bonito is just bait...

And channel mullet is amazing especially fresh when you catch them in the surf...

Tuna - no they don't anymore, but they were once trash that got on their baits while they were trolling for 'better fish'. There used to be zero boats targeting tuna in Venice, now its a madhouse. And thats another thing, blackfin tuna are prized in some areas, they keep bonita in Florida! And king macherel too! I don't hate on em for it, let em eat
