We pulled a 21 ft. Proline deep-V boat to Perdido Key, Fla. every July.
I mounted a new spare on the trailer and greased the bearing buddy's before we left La. and before we left Fla. I stopped every 3 hours to pitt stop and check the hub temperature. Never had a problem. If I were you, I would bring a spare bearing buddy in case one falls off. I think they come in pairs.
Also check your springs and the bolts that go thru the springs. Just in case they are rusted out. And check the condition of the hub to axle weld for rust.
