Platter service is all the bbq crabs, fried skrimps and fried fish you can eat and its the bomb but when you done with that heart attack on a platter stay near a bathrroom cause you gona make a bomb. I have not tried it but they opened Sabin Crab Shack down town Lake Charles and they have platter service
