Heres the trout we cooked at longcasts house...just an appetizer...trout, lemon, cilantro, jalapeño, olive oil and seasoning...grilled in foil and turned out great.

Yesterday cooked some burgers, hot dogs, sausage and jalapeno's stuffed with deer/chicken sausage & cream cheese, wrapped in bacon.

Today we stayed home to recuperate from the busy weekend and the little one hasn't been happy at all today so we just stayed home to relax and I cooked some tuna steaks and mahi mahi on a black iron skillet.

After 4 days of hospital good and coffee I threw some ribeyes and sausage on the grill. As I was cutting grass waiting for the coals to heat up a friend dropped off an ice chest of crawfish and the fixings. Felt great to be home. Ice cold new castles helped as well.
