The spiral eyes don't mean nothin to me I could care less if I had em or not actually prefer a rod w/o but that's all the dude does who made it. It's a 6'6" mh with a extra fast tip and a split 7" grip . I wanted a rid with good backbone for topwater rod so I could sling em in the boat w/o a net. I hate taking treble hooks out of nets! The rod is a kajun limb
