creativity is the fed's middle name..why you think their conviction rate is in the upper 90 percent? i know, and i have seen(with drug cases--that is) the feds buying up witnesses and co-conspirators/defendants . all it takes is for her to open her mouth to 1 or 2 inmates while she was in, and that --plus the already known evidence---could be subject to a conspiracy charge. Majority of people in federal prison are on conspiracy cases..
conspiracy, where you don't have to get caught actually committing a crime., as long as they have two sources, you have a conspiracy charge.whether that being phone recordings, photos,videos,a RAT, a confession, etc.
