Looks good to me.. maybe do a spray of silver just to mix in with the pearl if you have silver paint. If not no biggy.

IMO, the main color needs to be a bit more brown. That rubber bait doesn't have all the green. You don't want any chartreuse or limetreuse on it?

It definitely would look better with the red flecks, but, I cannot spray that stuff through an airbrush with 15psi.
