We were told it was not navigable due to the depth and due to who dug it.. I also searched the law awhile back. I'm posting on phone.

However, not to argue, but the drainage into a public water is not true. As the Little Burns Drains through this canal, and every part of the little burns are private, hints where I got busted when I was 9
