I watched a 2 liter coke bottle "swim" by this weekend and it kinda gave me the bug... We used to set them at the duck lease when we were teenagers, but that was some time ago...

Im not sure of the regs. On calcasieu I don't think there is any. Seen a many of just normal jugs. Alot of 3-8 lb cats in the calcasieu
