I got shot at 50 yards with a load of 7.5s while dove hunting. Bird flew low between me and my mother's boyfriend. I put my head down luckily. Got 5 still in my hands, doctor said they won't bother me, they don't for the most part except one is in my left index finger and sometimes I hit it wrong and it hurts. Have had a pistol pulled on me when I was 18 or 19, can't say much more but we shouldn't have been there in the first place

Apparently you can't get that unless you ingest it. I eat enough fish with mercury to counter any lead poisoning!

Doc did say it may work its way out eventually. Said he knew a guy that had a pellet in his temple area, and 20 years or so later it worked down and the guy spit it out. I was skeptical, but that is what he said
