Went to our woodie hole this morning hoping to make a quick hunt before work. The 5 of us got our limit quick. As soon as we were about to get in the boat to pick em up 2 GW pop out of the woods about 50ft behind us. They were on higher ground so they watched us shoot all morning. Someone from a surrounding hunting club obviously called because our location is in the middle of the woods. Them dudes looked for 2 hours to try to find the 16th duck and made me late for work . Have to give them props for the leg work and effort they put into their job, but they started being a d1cks when they realized they wasted their morning and efforts on us.

FYI on a 10 ft boat with trolling motor, there must be a fire extinguisher, running lights, whistle, and a throwabe life jacket on board. Not sure if everyone knew this.

still got a limit! Hate to hear about the bad experience with the gw's. I didn't know you had to have all that with just a trolling motor on the back.

Got stopped this evening in my bass boat, only thing they asked for was boaters safety. Nothing else.
