If the weather wasnt right, the guide should have cancelled. Fishing guides do it all the time. Do guides even scout anymore?
I think a PARTIAL refund if they dont shoot one shot is fair. just my .02

He provided a place to hunt is all. Some of my best duck hunts have been in 70 degree weather, so cancelling is not much of an option, its only duck season for 60 days unlike fishing 365 they can pick the best days to go. You can never tell if the birds are gonna be there, he said they killed 19 out of that blind the day before, and what can you do besides take his word for it. Very shady dealings but what can you expect? The moment he stepped out of his truck I would have said 'no thanks'!
