Getting old paint off a deck

They told if that drum gets unlevel it will screw it up, then I would owe them $500. Didn't reccomend for a deck.

Boards are probably too cupped. Sounds like a belt sander is the best shot. It will still have to be sanded after using a pressure washer, anyway.
