That right there is why I choose to live in this area. On an average monday evening, your family is eating better than 99% of people on earth. It almost makes the mosquitos, hurricanes, and humidity not so bad when we can eat like that on the reg.

I delivered fresh flounder to my mom on Sunday morning. Tuesday we had baked stuff flounder for the whole family. Crab and shrimp stuffing mix very similar to the recipe from original post with some other ingredients mixed in. I keep notes on what she uses but every time she does something different but always good.

All I have to do is catch, clean, debone and deliver...
