I have a small boat so Closer to the camps...that may not even be dry reef yet. Drifted alot but anywhere from 100-1000yds off the camps(estimate). Good luck, we had lots of bites but only a few strikes that took our bait so we could get a good hook set. Maybe try lighter tackle and hope a ray or anything else big does not hit it. Kinda sounds more like Blue Point/Cove area than Dry Reef. Thanks for the info!
