Poor people have zero money to buy health ins. ... You can't tax them because they don't pay taxes
So what really changes... O forgot , now we the working class pick up another tax for the lazy and poor and also pick up there Health ins plus ours So if your working you will adopt a few extra family in 2014 so make sure you find some SS numbers to add them to your taxes
