As far as motor size goes you can look at a lot of boats that have 2 different motor options on the yamaha performance bulletin site. All of the bigger motors suck down more gas at all speeds.

Kyle hints that the 175 Zuk is faster on the Frontier than the 200 and about 2k cheaper. Almost same HP on a lighter block.

I'd look into that engine!
