I'm a small government guy for sure. But saying that hunting guides are different from fishin guides bc of cost of business doesn't hold water with me. Putting in place a set of safety requirements should have nothing to do with a biz owners other costs. I think anything put in place should be extremely affordable. And btw there are guides taking people on public land in LA. They do it in the basin and in catahoula lake for sure. I think that is ridiculous but is a topic for a different thread.

That's true WMAs, NWRs, its a no-no though. Pretty sure the locals make the rules in Henderson and Catahoula
