Buddy has the same issue with his benelli jamming. 3shells loaded after he fires the first one it ejects the empty then jams 2 and 3 under the chamber not holding the 3rd shell in the tube. Brand new gun and does that 90% of the time. Sent it to benelli they kept it for 3mo and said nothing wrong as soon as he got it back did it with #8 lead and #1 steel

tell him to take it apart and clean it...the only time mine has not cycled properly was when it was really dirty
