When blinds in pine island are going for $5500 a year. That's when you know it has gotten out of control.

I know someone that paid $8,500 for one in pine island. I was dumb enough to pay 6 just south of him, won't happen again.

My buddy pays a guide $150 a hunt up around Whiteville. Do that math, and whiteville is always flushed with ducks...

That's 30 days in a blind for $4,500, Killin Ducks! He don't have no upkeep, no money to spend on decoys, no guilt or stress when he absolutely cant make it, Nattin!

Good deal but what if you have 1-2 kids who want to hunt....looking at 9k -13.5k now....
Also if a blind is 5, 6 or 7 k if you split it two other...ie..3 peeps paying it is not bad...
