Old school 80's Finest

My Father-In-Law use to Bass Fish a lot. He gave me some old team Daiwa Reels. They still cast pretty but I need to get them cleaned up. They all from the mid 80's.

I remember going fishing with my Dad and my Grandpa. My PawPaw was one of the first ones I ever seen with an open face reel it was an Abu Garcia Cardinals. Those back then were pretty decent. He only had one though because to him they didn't work as good as his Zebco 808's. We would fish trout with 20lb test, tandem rigged shad rig tipped with shrimp and catch a few #3 tubs of 11-13" trout at different dams all around CoCodrie and Lake Boudreaux.
