Yea it's decent, that's about it. Then you got an ******* farmer who plows the levee of the blind you just grassed, so now your blind looks like a big blob of levee cancer. Then he floods it a foot deep and drops 500 crawfish traps in it. It don't take much to get screwed out of 5k real fast. You'll probably have a good teal season though.
