I have the S3..... best bang for the buck. I got mine from WAL-MART for $100, the week before when i was shopping the were $50 at Sams, I should have brought it then. I bought my case which is good quality for under $10 from Amazon, just as good as an otterbox maybe better.
Truth be told I went with S3 for 3 reasons..... Bigger Screen Customizable home screens cheaper The guy in the office across from has the IPhone5. When he doesn't have reception I dont either so thats a wash....
