u need to see a specialist... technology today can enhance the stablity and stiffness of your deck. their are cosmetic options available that will enhance the performance of your deck. New lathers came out that you can slap right on your deck to give it that extra uumph on cold days. Application only requires one hand but if you have a huge deck like me its good to use 2.... sometimes i need an extra pair so i get my wife to help me

Its just nature taking its tole on your deck though. after years of abuse and peole treading all over your deck it happens. like any deck it takes proper management. make sure you apply a tarp in nasty situations. This will protect it from stains, scuffing, and dry rot.
