Ace, you are 100% correct! These days you can get anything already premade in fast food restaurants. Believe me I'm not perfect but when it comes to me enjoying something I could make myself with quality ingredients or pay for and it's just o.k. I'll make it myself!
I can probably make anything I can get in a restaurant in New Orleans(and that's a lot)better. And I enjoy doing it too. I am not in the food business but if you apply yourself and take a little pride in what you do you can cook and do anything.
