an engine trim switch on the bow is real useful if you get in shallow areas
I've heard transom mounts are a gimmick and don't save the transom like you'd think when compared to the force while running.
Consider a tandem torsion axle aluminum trailer.
To me a loud sound system with xm/Sirius is really cool when cruising around. Not so much when fishing. I like boat riding almost as much as fishing though, so to me it's worth it.
On-board charger saves breaking out that charger and opening the hatch connecting the terminals.
All this gets way expensive though and I went through all of it thinking I had to or I wouldn't be satisfied. Now that I spent all that money, I now have a heavier boat and a much bigger learning curve than before with the electronics. Old fashioned experience and wisdom catches fish. Not features. It does make for a cool boat though for bragging rights and showing off. Depends on "how you roll" lol
