Again try cheerios. Throw them out about 200 yards from the Quintana canal and you will slow the idiots down for at least 30 minutes when they start to pile up again go further out and throw cheerios.
[SIZE=3][/SIZE] BTY bread crumbs also work and they are harder to spot in the water..
