After I got home with it it still didn't retract right so i brought it back to them and the Tech sprayed some lube on the rails and told me that was all he did. Then he said just make sure you use garage door lube on it so it won't collect dust.
So he told me point blank that all he did was spray some oil on the rails and they kept my truck for 4 days and charged me $100 to do it!
Needless to say, I'll NEVER go back to Falks!

Sounds like the genius response I got from the first guy at Ayre's. He came out and looked at the bumper peeling and said "Man the easiest thing to do is get some news paper and put it on front of your truck, and a can of spray paint, it will fix it right up for around $5.00, we have taken a few bumpers back and done this ourselves for customers". So basically you charge people to repaint a bumper with spray paint? That's great customer service there!
