Not stiff at all. It feels like an old work hat that's torn to Hell but to comfortable to throw away.

I think the logo would look really good on the Orange Trucker or Green Trucker

Totally missed the camo hat the first time... Yes it would look great on the camo hat too... it was a little hard to see with the thumbnails... once I clicked on it my eyes opened up

Tan or navy would be best 2...I myself perfer the navy or black over tan

You also might consider using this color scheme logo on a hat. It will look better on more neutral color hats

The hat matt and meux suggested are top notch...coolness (temp) and comfort.
