I am gonna stuff a couple of the bigger ones.
I am gonna fillet a few of the med. ones.
I am gonna bake or broil the small ones.

WOW....great catch Ray...Me and my dad got on a bunch of flounder like this several years ago...That was a trip I will never forget...
