http://www.cnn.com/2013/11/06/justic...earch-lawsuit/ Ok so here is what I am getting from the report...the guy had priors of hiding drugs, they did a traffic stop and was going to let him go but he consented to a search of his car. They did not find any drugs in the car but the drug dog hit on the DRIVER'S SEAT, so I guess they decided well he must have the drugs up his butt!!! LMAO
