How??? It's estimated that 40% of Louisiana drivers either have no insurance or min limits. This costs all of us who carry insurance more because we pay for those claims with higher premiums, same thing O-Care is doing. Pi$$e$ me off when I see them Installing the fluorescent sticker just to let them drive away for a month without insurance. If I get hit, that will be challenged in court because I plan to sue the agency who let them walk without insurance.

About 7 years ago my wife was hit head on by a guy that had no insurance and driver license I had fork out the money for all the repairs oh and he didn't have a job they gave him a ticket that's it that what pis$$e$ me off.
