I don't like the "trigger". You must pull the trigger back toward the butt of the handle....not just squeeze like most elect knives.

Also the motor gets hot when cleaning a bunch of Trout. The first time I used it, I had to stop cleaning fish. I could not hold it because it was so hot.

I don't use it on Red's.
