CCA backs raise of license fee- Thoughts?

As bad as I hate the fact CCA/STAR is huge money pit I will sign up again this year. I know as soon as I don't I will catch a tag or something huge. I couldn't live with myself. STAR is a cheated system. I know of at least one boat given away that was a cheat. The guy was reported well ahead of weigh in and wasn't given a polygraph. As far as their "conservation efforts. Looks like they spend more time and money protecting the rich landowners than protecting resources and fisherman. I feel for the future fisherman.

I joined the star every year for the same reason. But I'm over it now. If I catch a tagged red I'll just pull the tag out and release. Big trout will go on the wall.
