We saw thousands of chicken dolphin and we did see some LARGE shadows lurking a little deeper. We couldn't tell what they were but I sure wish we could have hooked one.

I am not sure what were doing wrong while trolling.
We only trolled for about 45 minutes.

We stayed ~20-50' off of the grass mats.

I had one bait short around 50' behind the boat and one bait long around 100'.
We trolled at 3-5 mph.

I learned all of this from Captain Eddie Burger while on guided trips but we always trolled around platforms never grass mats.

If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated.
