One hurricane and you are rebuilding with no help from insurance. Been a few years since a 'major' hurricane came through so I wouldn't mess with the law of averages and just rent.
The whole landscape is washing away before our eyes down there, a good south wind and the water goes over the highway down there. Sorry to sound like a negative nancy I will be down there four days next week and can't wait
