After you launched the boat and parked the trailer, always take a minute and walk around the trailer and look over the tires at the seal side and if you see grease on the spindle, you been notified that things aren't right or crawl under the trailer at your house and check to see if any grease is leaking.

Or just roll with it and be stuck on the side of the road.
