about 5 years ago a wad got stuck in the barrel and I wasn't paying attention so on the next shot it mushroomed the barrel. I had it cut down by mike brazda at bayou teche guns and he threaded it with tru-choke thread pattern. So it will only take them and I have a mod and imp cyl. The gun performs flawlessly. I have been hunting with it like that for 5 years. It's just a shorter barrel. The choke is 1 inch long and with it the barrel is 25.5 inches long.
