Looking at his fishing style vs the croaker soakers and Paul Brown chunkers the author also fished with for the book I bet he is a bit Tasmanian devilish. The guy likes to throw triple rigs with mashed barbs, and loads his pocket with his go to plastics - he has won star twice fishing like that out of the place we love to hate.

I can't wait to be out there on a calm, cool morning with mist in the air... Those are my favorite, most successful days. A dense, zero vis fog is nice too, it keeps the potlickers out of sight!
