Eat less and move around more...... only way to lose weight and keep it off.
I lost 8 pounds in a week exercising on an ellipitical trainer for 15 minutes a day. My wife (after having tried every diet under the sun) lost 40 pounds since May by eating less and moving around more (walking and most recently using an elliptical trainer) |
