They still have the freedom to walk outside and smoke.

And you have the freedom to buy a pool table and stay home and drink. Sorry to be such a smart a$$ but why should big bro have to regulate this. Business owner can decide to make it smoke free if they want to, or a smoking establishment. I am afraid that you are in the minority though. This is why most bars, unless mandated, allow smoking.

because smokers affect non smokers with second hand smoke ....
