I agree sellers can think their item is in better shape but that is why you never agree to a price till you see the item. If you agree to a price then you should buy the item period. If you want look at it then go look before you agree to a price.

Couldn't the seller hold the same responsibility? I've refused to agree to a price on the phone with a buyer because a sell is always better in person and easier to get a higher dollar amount when the interaction becomes personal.
